Rotorcraft Leasing Company is currently recruiting qualified professional helicopter pilots. We operate a fleet of Bell 206B/L, Bell 407, Bell 412 and Sikorsky S-76 helicopters in support of the offshore oil & gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico.
Our minimum requirements include: 1250 hours helicopter, 500 hours helicopter PIC, FAA Commercial Rotorcraft rating, FAA Helicopter Instrument rating preferred. First Class medical preferred, Second Class Medical acceptable. If you are over 40 years of age you must provide satisfactory EKG results annually. All applicants must prove eligibility to work in the U. S. and be able to adhere to Rotorcraft & the FAA’s Drug Screening Program.
We have both 7 days on/7 days off and 14 days on/14 days off schedules. The company will provide free lodging while on work schedule. Starting pay begins at $52,450 on up and is based on previous helicopter experience. Overtime is paid at time and a half of daily rate. A flight hour bonus of $10-15/hr depending on type of aircraft flown is paid for flight time each month in excess of 30 hours. Also offshore overnight per diem is paid at $40 per night spent offshore. We offer a complete benefits package which includes a medical/dental/vision plan, short and long term disability. Medical costs per pay check (bi-weekly): Employee only - $0, Employee & Child - 15.33, Employee & Spouse - $40.33, Employee & Family - $83.45. In addition other benefits include: 401K, 6% match, life insurance, sick leave, vacation, double pay for holidays worked, and bereavement leave.
